IODP-MI (Integrated Ocean Drilling Program Management International Inc.) is an international nonprofit corporation. Its membership consists of scientific institutions involved in deep sea drilling. Currently it has 35 members, 15 from the U.S., 8 from Japan, and 12 from Europe. The members elect a Board of Governors, which has a chairman, a vice chairman, a secretary and a treasurer. The President of the corporation serves as a nonvoting member of the Board.
